WeTimes Terms of Service

Effective date: October 23, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions for using WeTimes (the "Service"), a shared calendar app provided by NimbleClear (Korean business name: 님블클리어) (the "Service Provider"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Service Provider and users.

2. Definitions

• User: a person who accepts these Terms, creates an account and uses the Service
• Calendar: a collection of events created by a user; it becomes a shared calendar when others are invited
• Member: a user who belongs to a calendar, as owner, editor or viewer
• Content: events, notes, comments, attendance answers, attachments and other material users add
• Paid services: Ad-free, Plus and Max subscriptions

3. Effect and Changes

• Please review these Terms before using the Service. Where the law requires separate consent, we will follow that process.
• We may update these Terms for legal, security or operational reasons. We provide reasonable advance notice of material changes through the App, website or another appropriate channel. Mandatory notice and consent requirements prevail; urgent legal or security measures may take effect sooner where necessary.
• If you disagree, you may stop using the Service or delete your account. Continued use does not replace express consent where the law requires it.

4. Accounts

• You can register using the sign-in methods available in the App. You must be at least 14 and satisfy the legal requirements in your place of residence to use the Service and agree to these Terms, including parental permission where required.
• You may not sign up with someone else's information, or transfer or lend your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and must tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

5. The Service

• Creating and sharing calendars; creating, editing and deleting events; repeating events; shared reminders; attendance answers; comments; change history; push notifications
• Attachments and ad removal for paid subscribers
• We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, outages or network problems. Event reminders may be late or not appear depending on device notification settings, battery optimization and operating system policies.
• We may change parts of the Service for operational or technical reasons and will announce significant changes in advance.

Place search and travel estimates

These optional features depend on provider coverage, travel mode and API availability. Travel times are estimates and may differ from actual traffic or transport conditions. Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Shared Calendars and Content

• All members of a shared calendar can see its content. Editors can edit and delete events created by other members.
• Rights in and responsibility for Content belong to the user who added it. We use Content only as needed to provide the Service (storage, showing it to members, notifications, backups).
• When an owner deletes their account, a shared calendar is handed over to another member. Events and attachments a departing user added to a shared calendar remain in it.
• Sharing an invitation link may disclose public invitation details, including the calendar name and inviter’s nickname, to recipients and external services. Forwarded links may also be used to join. Revoking a link does not automatically remove existing members or copies held by external services. See our Privacy Policy for the information disclosed and available controls.

Personal event order is retained for one year from the calendar date it applies to. After that, only the personal ordering preference becomes eligible for automatic deletion. Expired dates use the shared order; events and shared ordering are not deleted. Physical deletion may take additional time to complete.

Reports and membership management

Calendar owners may remove members’ comments and remove members. The current owner handles calendar requests, including after ownership transfer. You may report separately to the service operator. Retention of submission records and selected evidence follows our Privacy Policy.

You may report problems from calendar settings, event and comment menus. A report does not automatically trigger a penalty; after review we may remove content or restrict access. Calendar owners may remove members while existing events, comments and files remain. Removal revokes current invitation links and codes, but a new invitation may allow rejoining. We cannot guarantee retrieval of previously downloaded material. Questions and appeals may be sent to nimbleclear@gmail.com.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not do any of the following. If you do, we may remove Content or restrict your use.

• Posting Content that infringes others' privacy, copyrights, reputation or other rights
• Uploading or sharing obscene or illegal material, or files containing malware
• Interfering with the Service, such as spam invitations or mass automated requests
• Bypassing security measures, or modifying or reverse-engineering the App without permission
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated free trials
• Any other unlawful conduct

8. Paid Services

• The price shown in the App Store or Google Play at purchase applies and may differ by country and currency.
• Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play; we never receive your payment details.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew at the interval and applicable price disclosed by the store unless cancelled. To avoid renewal, cancel through your store before its stated renewal date and cancellation deadline.
• Cancellation: After cancelling, paid features remain available until the end of the paid period. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel your subscription.
• Price changes: We will announce price increases in advance under store policies and obtain your consent where required.

9. Free Trial

• Your one-time, 30-day Max trial starts when you choose to start it in the App and the server confirms the request. It does not start automatically at sign-up.
• No card or store subscription approval is required. The trial ends without an automatic charge or conversion to a paid subscription. If you have no separate active subscription, you return to the free plan.
• A paid subscription you expressly purchase is separate and starts on the terms shown by the store. Remaining Max trial access is retained, but does not postpone subscription billing. You can check your trial end date in the App.

10. Withdrawal and Refunds

• Withdrawal, refunds and remedies for digital services are governed by applicable mandatory law and the purchasing store’s procedures. These Terms do not remove any statutory consumer rights.
• For App Store purchases, use Apple’s refund request service. For Google Play purchases, use the refund process in your Google Play order history. Contact nimbleclear@gmail.com if you need help.
• We review the purchase and issue and consider a refund, restoration or another appropriate remedy within applicable law and our authority under store procedures. We do not promise a fixed compensation amount or extension for every interruption.

11. Attachments

• Allowed formats: photos (jpg, png, heic), documents (pdf, txt), Office (docx, xlsx, pptx, doc, xls, ppt) and Hangul (hwp, hwpx); up to 10 per event.
• While subscribed, attachments are permanently and automatically deleted 1 year (Plus) or 2 years (Max and new shared uploads) after upload, except where the 30-day download grace below applies, and cannot be recovered after deletion. Check the retention date shown in the App and download files you need beforehand. Retention applies whether or not a reminder is received.
• Cancelling renewal does not immediately end access. When attachment access (including a free trial) actually ends, new uploads stop. Files retained at that time remain available to view and download for 30 days from the end of access, then become eligible for automatic deletion. This grace period takes precedence over an earlier original file deadline. Resubscribing does not reset upload dates or shorten a download grace period already granted. Files are no longer accessible if you delete them or their calendar, or lose access permissions. This policy does not delete event or comment text. Physical deletion completes asynchronously.
• All members of the calendar can download its attachments. The Service is not a file backup service; keep important files elsewhere as well.

Reordering shared events requires Plus or Max and calendar editing permission. All members can view the shared order.

Max shared storage

Shared files follow the current calendar owner’s Max access. Files retained when Max ends remain downloadable for 30 days, then become eligible for deletion. Pausing shared uploads alone does not end access. Resubscribing or transferring ownership does not reset upload dates or shorten an already granted grace period. Transferring a calendar with shared files requires the recipient’s acceptance, Max access and enough shared storage.

• Max includes 100 GB personal attachment storage and a separate 20 GB shared allowance across all calendars enabled by the owner. The allowance does not increase with the number of calendars or Max members. Personal and shared allowances cannot be exchanged.
• Editors can upload to an active shared pool without their own subscription. The uploader and current calendar owner can delete shared files. Users with personal upload access can choose personal or shared storage when attaching a file. Personal-storage files are also visible to calendar members and only their uploader may delete them. Enabling shared storage or transferring ownership does not move personal-storage charges.
• Shared files follow the current calendar owner’s Max access. Files retained when Max ends remain downloadable for 30 days, then become eligible for deletion. Pausing shared uploads alone does not end access. Resubscribing or transferring ownership does not reset upload dates or shorten an already granted grace period. Transferring a calendar with shared files requires the recipient’s acceptance, Max access and enough shared storage.
• If an owner deletes their account, shared uploads pause instead of automatically assigning paid storage responsibility to the successor. Existing shared files follow the 30-day download grace described above and become eligible for deletion after the deadline shown in the App. Before deletion, a successor with Max can review the required capacity and accept the remaining retention responsibility when resuming uploads.

11a. Comment photos

Everyone can add one photo per comment, up to 20 photos a day. Photos are shrunk on your device before upload and deleted automatically 90 days after upload. The calendar owner may delete unsuitable comments and photos.

12. Ads

The Service may show banner ads to free users. No ads are shown while you subscribe to Ad-free, Plus or Max, or during the free trial. Third-party terms apply to transactions reached through ads; our responsibilities remain subject to applicable law.

13. Account Deletion and Restrictions

• You can delete your account at any time under Settings → My account → Delete account. Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Account deletion does not provide a recovery grace period. Signing up again with the same email does not restore the previous account or guarantee data recovery. Cancel any store subscription separately.
• If you violate Section 7, we may restrict your use or terminate your account after notice (or with notice afterwards in urgent cases).

14. Ending the Service

If we discontinue the Service or a material feature, we aim to give reasonable advance notice where possible. We will comply with mandatory notice, refund and remedy obligations for paid services. If an urgent legal or security issue prevents advance notice, we will notify you when reasonably possible. Use available download features to keep separate copies of information you need.

15. Limitation of Liability

• We use reasonable care and skill to provide the Service and address operational problems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, immediate resolution of every error, delivery of every reminder or recovery of data.
• Liability for device settings, network conditions, operating-system policies and events outside our reasonable control is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Keep an independent way to check important appointments and preserve important files.
• Users remain responsible for the Content they provide and third parties for their own services and transactions. This does not exclude our own legal duties or liability for our conduct.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where such liability cannot be excluded, or any mandatory consumer guarantee, refund or other remedy.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

The laws of the Republic of Korea, where the provider operates, govern these Terms, subject to the non-waivable consumer and privacy protections that apply in your place of residence. We first seek to resolve concerns through good-faith contact. Courts and supervisory authorities have jurisdiction as provided by applicable law; these Terms do not take away your right to use a local court or authority where the law allows it.
